Happy New Year! It’s easy to get caught up in New Year resolutions, diets and drastic changes, but could being grateful and appreciating what we already have be the answer? Join us for the first dinner meeting of 2017 as we shift our focus away from the typical resolutions to the simple practice of GRATITUDE. Michelle Benko, our guest speaker, will share her winding path to daily gratitude and how when we practice it ourselves we can begin to feel peace and balance in 2017 as opposed to the never-ending pursuit of happiness.
