Karen will be doing a live cooking demonstration that you will not want to miss!
The prism of possibilities can brighten all of our kitchens, even if we need a little inspiration and help from a pro! Karen will guide participants in a virtual cooking demonstration via Zoom including some easy-to-follow steps that we can use at home.
Karen has been creating amazing culinary experiences through her restaurants and catering business for more than thirty years. Originally from Long Island, Karen’s catering business served discriminating New York clients from Long Island to Manhattan for twenty-five years.
After moving to New Bern with her family five years ago, Karen purchased the Sweet Peas Café restaurant in downtown New Bern. She moved to the current location on Trent Road two years ago and continues to provide wonderful food and hospitality through the café and catering services.
